These Terms & Conditions apply to the Re-Ignite coaching program ("the Program") offered by Ferruh Tumer ("I", "me") to clients ("you") who book and enroll. By paying for the Program, you agree to these terms.
Re-Ignite is an eight-week, one-to-one coaching program consisting of eight weekly sessions delivered over video call, plus a short pre-work reflection before session one. The current price is shown on the booking page at the time you enroll.
A spot in the Program is confirmed once payment is received in full, unless we've agreed to an installment plan in writing. Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider; I do not store your card details.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can find another time within the eight-week window. Persistent late cancellations or no-shows may affect the program timeline, so please give as much notice as you can.
Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential. I won't share what you tell me with anyone else, including your employer, except where required by law or where I believe there's a risk of serious harm to you or someone else.
If you decide not to continue before your first session, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the Program has started, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes depend on your own participation and circumstances. See the Coaching Disclaimer for what coaching is and isn't. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
I may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you enroll is the one that applies to you.
